ThistleFlowers USA aspires to offer 100% customer satisfaction on all our orders. If however you are not satisfied with your order, we would be happy to offer a refund or substitute with the following conditions.
ThistleFlowers are not responsible for delays due to Customs inspections and hold-ups. These factors are beyond our control. Shipping documents with proof of shipping could be provided if requested. Please order accordingly.
Please note that if your return is not due to an error on our part, we will deduct the shipping costs from the refund given and charge a restocking fee up to 20%.
We will also charge a shipping and handling fee for items sent for orders qualifying for Fixed Cost Shipping.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from ThistleFlowers USA.
All items MUST be in original condition. Refunds will NOT be given for altered items. We will also charge a restocking fee up to 20%.
Any stock item in new and unused condition may be returned for exchange or refund provided we are notified within seven (7) days of product(s) delivery.
No refunds may be given for damaged/altered items.
Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of delivered date.
You may exchange or return merchandise for a full refund based on the original form of purchase. After being notified and receiving the merchandise, we will replace, credit or refund your money for the value of the items (excluding postage, packaging and insurance) based on the original form of purchase.
ThistleFlowers is not responsible for any return shipping charges.
A copy of the packing slip must be included with the return.
If the packing slip is not included, please include the following information: Name, Order Number, Email Address, Items Returned and Reason.
All refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used at the time of original purchase. Please allow 2-3 business days from the day we receive the product for the refund to be issued. You will be notified via email either from us or PayPal when the refund is complete.
